Scholarship Award Application

Taste of Buffalo, Inc. in its continuing commitment to Western New York, is proud to offer a scholarship program for college-bound students in the eight counties of Western New York. Scholarships are awarded anually to students who will pursue a degree in the Foodservice or Hospitality industries such as Chef, Baking & Pastry Arts, Travel & Tourism, Hotel Management, etc., will be based on the criteria and terms described in the application.

NEW! We are deeply grateful for a generous donation we have received from the Eric DuVall What’s Next Fund, which allows Taste of Buffalo to announce an increase of $500.00 to each of the three 2025 Taste of Buffalo Scholarships, bringing the value of each scholarship to $1,000. In addition, this donation has also created a new $3,500 Eric DuVall What's Next Fund Memorial Scholarship for 2025. This scholarship honors the memory of Eric DuVall, a dedicated volunteer, board member, and officer for the Taste of Buffalo, who passed away in 2022. Eric was also an Assistant City Editor at the Buffalo News, and his legacy continues to profoundly impact the community he cared for so deeply. We are truly thankful for this meaningful gesture that keeps his spirit alive and supports future generations.
